✅ Visit 2: Report of Findings & Care Plan Review

Your second visit is all about answers and direction.

During Visit 2, you’ll receive:

-A complete Report of Findings, reviewing exam results and response to the first treatment

-Clear explanation of your diagnosis and contributing factors

-Personalized treatment plan recommendations

-Discussion of care options, timelines, and expected outcomes

👉 No treatment is performed on Visit 2 unless you choose to begin a recommended care plan.
